  • OpenWhat is the ordering process?

    Due to the expenses involved, some large orders will be subject to be verified by either email or phone prior to shipping. All orders verified before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time are shipped the same day, provided goods are in stock. To ensure that orders placed online prior to 12:00 PM EST will ship the same day, please be prepared to contact or be contacted by Jacobtime.com.

    Feel free to always call us at (877) 587-7780 . We can tell you the availability of any watch and process orders immediately over the phone.

    After an order is placed, the customer will receive two emails:

    • An order number / invoice when the order is placed
    • Tracking number when the order is shipped

    In order to expedite your order, Jacobtime.com recommends payment in the form of a credit card. Jacobtime.com accepts the following credit cards:

    • Visa
    • MasterCard
    • American Express
    • Discover

    In addition to credit card, Jacobtime.com accepts payment via Google Checkout, Amazon Payments, Paypal, wire transfer and postal money order ONLY!

    When an order is placed, quantity is checked before we charge the credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until it is confirmed that we have the watch and it is ready to ship.

    Please make sure that the billing information you give to Jacobtime.com is accurate. Your credit card company should have this address on file. If this information is not accurate, it will delay shipment.

    If there is a discrepancy in the information you provide, and we are unable to contact you, the order will not be shipped out. This provides Jacobtime.com protection from fraudulent orders and will prevent unnecessary hardships to persons with lost or stolen credit cards.

  • OpenHow much is shipping and how fast will I get my item?

    Jacobtime.com will happily cover ground shipping fees for every item purchased over $99.99. Every item we ship, is fully insured. We offer free shipping only for the 48 contiguous states in the US. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are not included in the free shipping offer.

    Delivery time via UPS can range from 1 to 6 business days to the US. Next day, 2nd day and 3 day select service is scheduled on the next, 2nd or 3rd business day. In addition to this, they are only guaranteed to reach you on the next or 2nd business day from when they leave our warehouse. While we try to expedite all next, 2nd day and 3rd day packages, they are not guaranteed to leave our warehouse immediately. The service charge is to expedite the delivery only.

    Below is a schedule of other shipping services we offer. To receive a more accurate pricing, please place the item into your cart and proceed to check out. There you will get an exact price on the shipping cost. You do not need to purchase the watch in order to see this information.

  • OpenCan I return a watch if I do not like it?

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from when it was shipped for a full refund, as long as it was not worn. Additionally, if there is any issue with the item you recevied (such as damaged goods or you received the wrong item), you must let us know within 72 hours of receipt. If the the "Non returnable if removed" tag is removed, we cannot accept the item for return. The amount refunded will be the total cost of the watch minus any shipping charges. We do not refund our costs of shipping the watch to you (Even if you take free shipping, it will still cost us to ship the watch to you. This amount will not be refunded).

    If the "Not returnable if removed" tag is removed or tampered with, we will not be able to accept the return. In addition, any promotional gifts received with the watch must be returned with the watch. Failure to do this will result in a reduction of charges returned to you.

  • OpenWhat are the details of the return policy?

    All returns made to Jacobtime.com must include a copy of the invoice and must be returned in the same condition as it was when received. They must include all documents and tags that were included with the watch. Any watch that has visible sign of wear, or are scratched in any way, or missing any of the original packaging, will be returned to the customer at the customers expense, and the refund will not be issued. In addition to this, we do not accept returns on any watch that was sized, whether by Jacobtime or by any other jeweler. If the "Not returnable if removed" tag is removed or tampered with, we will not be able to accept the return. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the credit card used in the purchase, or if payment was made by check or money order, a check will be issued.

    When sending a watch back to us for return, please use a reliable service that is insured. Insurance and tracking is optional but highly recommended.

    All returns must be filed before 30 days; after that time, Jacobtime.com is no longer responsible. Additionally, if there is any issue with the item you recevied (such as damaged goods or you received the wrong item), you must let us know within 72 hours of receipt.

    All returns must be inspected and approved by Jacobtime.com before the return is finalized.

    2. Return the watch to the location given to you by Jacobtime.com
    3. Please allow approximately up to 7 days after Jacobtime.com receives the watch to process the return and issue credit.

  • OpenDoes Jacobtime accept International orders?

    Due to the increased security risk invloved with international orders, any order with an international credit card, or billing or shipping address must undergo additional evaluation.

    We are accepting most credit cards, wire transfers, Amazon Payments, and Paypal for International orders at this time. If you would like to pay with wire transfer, Jacobtime.com will email you a list of wire transfer instructions when replying to your order request. You can pay with Paypal if you are a confirmed member AND are shipping to a confirmed address. To pay with credit card or Paypal, just place the order online, and make sure to enter your international billing address. To pay with Amazon Payments, simply add the item(s) to your shipping cart and click on the Amazon Payments button from the shopping cart page.

    We are no longer shipping to every country. This is a partial list of countries that we are not shipping to anymore:

    • Russia
    • Ghana

    Please note: Standard International shipping is $45.00, which includes UPS Expedited with insurance and a 3-5 business day delivery time. This does not include any taxes or duties. Duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not have any way of calculating the cost of import taxes or duties placed on any package that leaves our warehouse. The taxes may very well cost 50% to 100% of the invoice or more. They are placed on items by your own government and you must contact your customs office to find out if they will apply and what they will be. If you deny the goods, we will still hold you responsible for all shipping associated costs, including and duties charged to our UPS account.

  • OpenAre the watches authentic?

    We receive all of our watches from authorized dealers and/or distributors. All of our watches are brand new and authentic with all original parts, including the manufacturers box and all tags and documents. Some of our watches do not come with the manufacturer's warranty card and/or documents, however all watches are covered under our 2 year warranty. We do not sell refurbished, returns or replicated watches. Any watch that comes with a manufacturer supplied serial number will retain that serial number. We do not sell watches with removed serial numbers. We do not have the pricing boundaries that are placed on authorized dealers and therefore are able to present you the same watch at a very competitive price.

  • OpenDo the watches come with a warranty?

    Due to the fact that Jacobtime.com is not an authorized dealer for most brands, we offer our own warranty on all wristwatches purchased from our company. We currently offer a warranty on watches only. Invicta watches carry the Manufacturer warranty and will be repaired directly by the manufacturer.

    Aside from Invicta Watches, every watch that is repaired through the warranty is serviced through the Jacobtime.com service center. Jacobtime.com will service any watch bought from our website for 2 years after purchase. This is a commitment that we guarantee we will stand up to, without any hassle on your part. Our warranty covers any defect in the movement that surfaces during the course of 2 years, which is not caused by the wearer. This does not include any defect that would not be covered by the manufacturer. In addition, this includes a watch that stops working, or does not function the way it should. We do not offer a warranty on damage that results due to every day wear and tear. Our warranty does not cover broken crystals (glass face), dents, scratches, any cosmetic damage or breakage that occurs after the watch is received. Dead batteries will be replaced for the first 3 months, by shipping the watch back to us. We can also ship a new battery to you, if you wish to bring the watch to your local watch service center.

  • OpenDoes Jacobtime collect sales tax?

    Jacobtime.com is located in New York, and therefore every order shipped to a New York State address are subjected to 8.875% sales tax. The shipping address is the address that determines the tax status and not the billing address.

  • OpenIs my watch water resistant?

    Most of our watches are water resistant, however, the water resistance level does vary with each watch. In general, if a watch does not come with a screw down crown and caseback, it is not recommended to be submerged at all. In addition, the general class of water resistant watches are not intended for, nor should they be worn when showering. They should never be exposed to the direct flow of water under pressure (i.e. faucet, shower, garden hose).
    Below is a chart, for reference only, which will give some idea of the level of water resistance your watch will have:
