All returns made to Jacobtime.com must include a copy of the invoice and must be returned in the same condition as it was when received. They must include all documents and tags that were included with the purchase. Any item that has visible sign of wear, or are scratched in any way, or missing any of the original packaging, will be returned to the customer at the customers expense, and the refund will not be issued. In addition to this, we do not accept returns on any item that was sized, whether by Jacobtime or by any other jeweler. If the "Not returnable if removed" tag is removed or tampered with, we will not be able to accept the return. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued in the same method as the original payment.
When sending a return back to us for return, please use a reliable service that is insured. Insurance and tracking is optional but highly recommended.
All returns must be filed before 30 days; after that time, Jacobtime.com is no longer responsible. Additionally, if there is any issue with the item you received (such as damaged goods or you received the wrong item), you must contact us within 72 hours of receipt for any discrepancy. Any claim made after 72 hours will be refused.
All returns must be inspected and approved by Jacobtime.com before the return is finalized.
