Jacobtime.com will happily cover ground shipping fees for every item purchased over $199.99. Every item we ship, is fully insured. We offer free shipping only for the 48 contiguous states in the US. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are not included in the free shipping offer.

Delivery time via UPS can range from 1 to 6 business days to the US. Next day, 2nd day and 3 day select service is scheduled on the next, 2nd or 3rd business day. In addition to this, they are only guaranteed to reach you on the next or 2nd business day from when they leave our warehouse. While we try to expedite all next, 2nd day and 3rd day packages, they are not guaranteed to leave our warehouse immediately. The service charge is to expedite the delivery only.

Claims may take up to two weeks to process. When complete, a replacement item will be shipped out or if that item is no longer available, Jacobtime.com will refund your payment. You can also use your payment towards another similar watch.

Due to the increased chance of fraud involved with international orders, we cannot accept standard credit card payment for an order with billing or shipping addresses that are abroad.

We are accepting wire transfers and Paypal only for International orders at this time. Jacobtime.com will email you a list of wire transfer instructions when replying to your order request. You can pay with Paypal if you are a confirmed member AND are shipping to a confirmed address. To pay with Paypal, just place the order online, and make sure to enter your international billing address..

Please note: Standard International shipping is $55, which includes UPS Expedited with insurance and a 3-5 business day delivery time. This does not include any taxes or duties. Duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not have any way of calculating the cost of import taxes or duties placed on any package that leaves our warehouse. They are placed on items by your own government and you must contact your customs office to find out if they will apply and what they will be.

If an international order is received damaged or is not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before compensation or replacement is issued by Jacobtime.com. If the item is received damaged, please contact Jacobtime.com within three business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as the insurance company may want to inspect it.
