Due to the expenses involved, some large orders will be subject to be verified by either email or phone prior to shipping. All orders verified before 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time are shipped the same day, provided goods are in stock. After an order is placed, the customer will receive two emails:

1. An order number / invoice when the order is placed
2. Tracking number when the order is shipped

In order to expedite your order, Jacobtime.com recommends payment in the form of a credit card. Check payments can take weeks in order to process, whereas credit card payments are processed immediately. By the time a check clears, our inventory is likely to change and your watch may not be in stock. Jacobtime.com accepts the following credit card:

In addition to credit card, Jacobtime.com accepts wire transfer and postal money order ONLY!

When an order is placed, quantity is checked before we charge the credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until it is confirmed that we have the watch and it is ready to ship.

Please make sure that the billing information you give to Jacobtime.com is accurate. Your credit card company should have this address on file. If this information is not accurate, it will delay shipment.

If there is a discrepancy in the information you provide, and we are unable to contact you, the order will not be shipped out. This provides Jacobtime.com protection from fraudulent orders and will prevent unnecessary hardships to persons with lost or stolen credit cards.

If you wish to pay via money order, cashier check, or certified bank check please call (877) 587-7780 and ask to place an order with a check payment. After an order is placed, you will receive an order number. Please include your order number with your payment. You should always include your name, address, phone number, and email address when corresponding with Jacobtime.com. This helps us speed up the order process and ensures that the watch is shipped out faster to you.

In the event that inventory is no longer available, we will contact you and offer you 2 options:

1. You can use the money order or check towards another item we have in stock, provided it is of equal of less value (the difference will be mailed back to you.)
2. Your money order or check can be mailed back to you.

If you send us a check that is denied, you will be charged a fee of $20.00.

Due to the increased chance of fraud involved with international orders, we cannot accept standard credit card payment for an order with billing or shipping addresses that are abroad.

We are accepting wire transfers, Amazon Payments, Google Checkout and Paypal only for International orders at this time. If you would like to pay with wire transfer, Jacobtime.com will email you a list of wire transfer instructions when replying to your order request. You can pay with Paypal if you are a confirmed member AND are shipping to a confirmed address. To pay with Paypal, just place the order online, and make sure to enter your international billing address. To pay with Amazon Payments or Google Checkout, simply add the item(s) to your shipping cart and click on the Amazon Payments or Google Checkout buttons from the shopping cart page.

Please note: Standard International shipping is $55, which includes UPS Expedited with insurance and a 3-5 business day delivery time. This does not include any taxes or duties. Duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not have any way of calculating the cost of import taxes or duties placed on any package that leaves our warehouse. The taxes may very well cost 50% to 100% of the invoice or more. They are placed on items by your own government and you must contact your customs office to find out if they will apply and what they will be. If you deny the goods, we will still hold you responsible for all shipping associated costs, including and duties charged to our UPS account.

Jacobtime.com is located in New York, and therefore every order shipped to a New York State address are subjected to 8.375% sales tax. The shipping address is the address that determines the tax status and not the billing address.
